Dick Reeves stepped into Austin’s music scene in 1977 and has worked with many artists creating LP and later CD designs for musicians and bands across the country. From the early days of vinyl to today’s compact disc, he has created dynamic music packaging for a wide range of artists. Dick’s ability to blend music and art has combined to make award winning art for such celebrated musicians as Carole King “The Songs of Goffin and King” and “One To One”, Joe Ely “Musta Notta Gotta a Lotta”, Willie Nelson and Asleep at the Wheel “Willie and the Wheel” and most recently winning the GRAMMY for Best Recording Package for “Still The King, Celebrating the Music of Bob Wills”. As an award winning graphic designer and Art Director he brings a wealth of experience and talent to creating the best visual representation of the recording.

Dick Reeves was first elected to the Board of Governors of the Recording Academy in 1996. During that time he has served as Vice President and a member of the National Board of Trustees and continues to be a great supporter of Texas Music.
